SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are sent by post to your nearest collection point. We will deliver your order within approximately 2-7 working days from receipt of the order. During long weekends/holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. 

 

If you don't want to pay the shipping costs, you can pick up the goods at our office. Once your goods are packed, we will send you an email to let you know that the products are available for collection at our office.

Return & Exchange Policy

Uncollected goods will be returned to us. For all unclaimed parcels, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of return shipping, handling fee and handling charge. Uncollected packages do not count as a cancellation of your purchase.

According to the Distance Selling Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed incorrectly. Returns must be sent by letter or parcel, not by cash on delivery. Please contact us first before returning your goods

If the product is damaged or broken, you must make a complaint within a reasonable time, but no later than two months. The product must be unused and in any original packaging. The product must be well packaged and sent to us. The return freight is paid by you as a customer and is reimbursed if the complaint is approved. We are not responsible for the transportation risk of return shipping. Please contact us first before sending your item.

 

In the event of any transport damage, the shipment will be returned to us within a reasonable time, but no later than two months. In the event of an approved complaint, we are responsible for the shipping cost.
